A friend just sent me a video where a very ordinary looking guy, supposedly, an Imam is making statements that is what colonial powers do, a racist and supremacist statements. As I have read my psychoanalysis and deconstruction, I do not read texts at face value, but what they stand for, what they symbolize:
“How dare the Hindus speak back”.
We have to see the above in terms of racist supremacy, colonial and of course phallo centric control. Bell Hooks, Cherri Moraga and other women of color have taught me how to talk back, and it is this talking that racist, colonial phallo centric consciousness cannot talk.. So, the minorities (Hindus, Buddhists, Christians) are going in the right way, they are talking back….
