The Post colonial Experience: Epistemi-cide: Hegel’s Master Slave Dialectics, Master Controlling The Slave Narratives, Obscuring the Slave Experience, and putting words in the mouth of the slave

From what I understand of Hegel’s Master slave dialectics, the Master controls the narratives of the slave, his narrative as to how to identify him, what he is, his identity, and EVEN his EXPERIENCES. The West taught Asians and Africans such discourses as “Islamophobic” and “Muslim victimization”, these phrases, steal the narratives of the actual COLLECTIVE EXPERIENCES of the PEOPLE, for whom Islam is a COLONIZING FORCE and a perpetrator in general (with victimization in some pockets), whereas Muslims as a whole in the present world, more the OTHER of the West.

The OTHER of the WEST is NOT OUR OTHER, the SLAVE adopted the Master’s discourse and pretends or performs as if they are the Subject and the MUSLIMS are the OTHERS. Hegel’s Master operates on controlling the SLAVE’s narrative. What is “racism” for the WEST is NOT the same as racism for people in Africa, the Indian sub continent and Asia.

We need to rebuilt not only our nations, but also our narratives, our histories and take control of them.

I will be back with some interesting research on how the Islamic Lunar Calendar devastated the agricultural scenario of Africa, whose agriculture depended on the seasonal calendar and not the Islamic lunar calendar.

African scholars will be present in my upcoming podcast. Stay tuned.
